Terms of use.
LAST UPDATED · SEPTEMBER 30, 2026What you agree to when you use VEXI, and what we owe you in return. The short version comes first.
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, and we take your card when it starts. If you don't cancel before the 15 days end, the trial becomes your paid plan: we charge the price you chose at checkout that day — monthly, or yearly if you picked yearly — then again every month (or every year) until you cancel.
Cancel any time in the app, from your billing settings. No call, no notice period, no questions. Your plan runs to the end of the time you've paid for, then stops.
We don't refund time or usage you've already paid for. If we charged you by mistake, we refund that charge in full.
Buying at one of our live events? There's no trial: your plan starts, and is charged, when you buy.

What VEXI is
VEXI is software you subscribe to — social media, handled. You tell it what you want, and it makes the posts, videos, designs and captions, then schedules and publishes them to the social media accounts you connect.
VEXI (formerly Social Realtr) is operated by a company registered in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us.
Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you create an account, start a trial, buy a plan or use the demo. If you use VEXI for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you're allowed to.
You must be 18 or older to use VEXI.
We record when you agree and which version of these terms you agreed to. This is version 2026-09-30.
Your free trial
- Every plan — Creator, Pro, Max — starts with a 15-day trial.
- We take your card when the trial starts. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- Everything is unlocked during the trial. The only limit is your plan's monthly usage.
- At the end of day 15, the trial becomes your paid plan and we charge the price you chose at checkout — monthly, or yearly if you picked yearly. Then we charge the same price every month (or every year) until you cancel.
- Cancel before the 15 days end and you're never charged.
- One trial per customer, ever — not one per plan.
Buying at one of our live events? There's no trial. Your plan starts, and is charged, when you buy.
Plans, billing and renewals
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in US dollars: Creator $199 · Pro $399 · Max $599 a month, or Creator $1,592 · Pro $3,192 · Max $4,792 a year.
- Yearly billing gives you four months free on every plan: you pay for eight months and get twelve. If you were already on a yearly plan before September 30, 2026, you stay on the price you bought until you change it.
- If you cancel a yearly plan, it runs to the end of the year you paid for and then stops. Months you did not use are not refunded.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any tax we must charge is shown there too, before you pay.
- Your plan renews automatically on the same date every month — or every year on yearly billing — until you cancel.
- By starting a plan, you authorize us to charge your card for it every month — or every year, if you choose yearly billing — until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a monthly amount of usage for making things. It resets every month; unused usage doesn't carry over.
- Usage you buy on top of your plan never expires, and it's used only after your monthly usage is gone. Unused monthly usage isn't refunded.
- Each plan includes connected social media accounts: Creator 2 · Pro 4 · Max 8+.
- If you buy extra usage, the app shows the price before you confirm.
- If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card, and we remind you. If it still hasn't gone through after 7 days, we cancel your plan and email you.
- We may change our prices. We'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
If you choose yearly billing, you pay for the year up front and your plan renews every year.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in the app, from your billing settings. There's no notice period and no exit interview.
Your plan keeps running until the end of the time you've paid for, then stops, and we don't charge you again. If you cancel during your trial, you're never charged.
Posts already published to your social media accounts stay there — they're on your accounts, not ours.
To delete your account, cancel your plan first, then ask us at support@vexi.app and we delete it once your plan has stopped.
After your plan ends
Your files stay in your account for 90 days after your plan ends, and you can download them any time. Export my files on your billing page puts everything in one download; its link works for 7 days.
We email you 7 days before the 90 days are up. After that, your files leave your account and move to our long-term storage.
Your account, your brand profile and your records stay, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
We keep the records listed under Records we keep for billing questions for at least 24 months after your account closes.
Refunds
We don't refund time or usage you've already paid for — not part of a month, not usage you didn't use, not extra usage or add-ons you bought, and not a month your account sat unused.
Cancelling stops your next charge. Your plan runs to the end of the time you've paid for.
If we charged you by mistake — twice for the same thing, the wrong amount, or after you cancelled — tell us and we refund that charge in full.
Not happy with something VEXI made? Edit it or have it made again. That isn't a billing mistake.
Think a charge is wrong? Email support@vexi.app first — it's the fastest way to fix it.
What you get, and when
VEXI is a digital service. It's delivered the moment your trial or plan starts: the app, your account and your plan's usage are yours from then on, whether you use them or not.
We keep a record of what you make and publish with VEXI.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. What VEXI makes for you is yours to use for your business, including in ads.
You give us permission to store, copy, edit and publish your content, and to send it to the kinds of providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run VEXI for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for records we must keep (the Privacy Policy lists them).
We don't use your content to train AI models.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including permission from every person who appears or is heard in it to use their face, voice and name, and the right to use any music, photos or logos in it that you didn't make.
When you connect a social media account, you let VEXI publish to it for you: what you approve, or — if you choose automatic publishing — what VEXI schedules. You're responsible for what's published on your accounts.
When you cancel, we may email you a few of the pieces we made for you, so you can keep them.
Posting on your behalf
We post to your connected social networks on your behalf. You approve the first piece; after that it runs on its own.
Until you approve a piece yourself — or schedule a post of your own — nothing our AI writes for you is published. After that first approval, new pieces are published on their own, on the schedule the app shows you.
Want to see every post first? Turn on approvals in your account settings and every piece waits for your yes again. You can switch it back any time.
Your likeness
You let us use your likeness — your face, your voice, and the photos and footage you upload — to make your content, including editing it with AI.
We use your likeness only to make content for you. We never use it for anyone else, and we never use it to train an AI model.
How VEXI uses AI
VEXI uses AI — ours and our providers' — to write, design, edit and check content. AI can get things wrong, so check names, prices, addresses and claims before anything goes out.
Everything VEXI makes can be edited. You choose whether posts wait for your approval or publish on their own, and you can change that any time.
VEXI doesn't give legal, financial or other professional advice. Make sure your posts follow the rules of your industry and where you work — including advertising, housing, lending and health rules.
What you can't do
Don't upload or make:
- sexual content
- content showing anyone who appears to be under 18
- graphic violence
- hate symbols, or content that promotes hate
- content that promotes weapons or illegal activity
And don't use VEXI to break the law or anyone's rights, to spam, mislead or impersonate anyone, to break a social media platform's rules, or to overload, copy, resell or get around VEXI's limits — the demo's included.
We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules. Every upload to the demo is checked automatically before our AI sees it, and the five kinds above are refused there with one plain line. The AI providers we use run their own safety filters too, and may refuse a request.
Your account and its security
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you invite to it do.
If you think someone else has got into your account, email support@vexi.app right away. We'll never ask you for your password.
The demo
If you use the demo at vexi.app/demo, these rules apply:
- There's no account and no card. The demo makes a set number of things — it shows you how many — and it doesn't refill.
- To download something you made, you give us your email address. We ask once; after that, every download is instant. No email, no download: you can keep making things, and we'll ask again the next time you tap Download.
- We use that email to send your file. We send tips and offers only if you tick that box, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- What you upload is never looked at by a person, never used to train anything, and never shown to anyone else.
- We may limit or end a demo to stop abuse.
- Everything else in these terms applies to the demo too, including the rights you confirm for what you upload.
Social media platforms
VEXI connects to each platform through that platform's own sign-in. We never see or store your passwords.
We're not the platforms. They set their own rules and change them, and connections can break or expire; when one does, posts can fail until you reconnect. Each platform's own terms apply to your account there.
Closing an account
We may close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We don't delete your content because of a dispute with your bank.
You can stop using VEXI any time.
Records we keep for billing questions
To answer billing questions — yours, or your card issuer's if you dispute a charge — we keep:
- when you agreed to these terms, and which version
- every charge and invoice
- the emails we sent you
- what you made and published with VEXI, and when
- when you cancelled
We keep these records for at least 24 months after your account closes.
If you dispute a charge, we share these records with your card issuer and our payment processor to answer it.
Before you dispute a charge, please email support@vexi.app — billing questions are fixed fastest that way.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep VEXI running and your content safe, but we provide VEXI "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will bring you engagement, leads or sales.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the month before the claim.
You agree to cover us for claims that come from content you provide or from how you use VEXI.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If a change matters to how you use or pay for VEXI, we email you before it applies. If you keep using VEXI after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, cancel.
When these terms change, the app asks you to accept the new version the next time you open it.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them where you live.
