What we store in your browser, what it is for, and how to turn it off.

THE SHORT VERSION

Our website keeps only what it needs to work, plus an advertising pixel you can switch off. Your privacy choices turns the pixel off for this browser, and a Global Privacy Control signal does it for you.

What we store

Your privacy choiceWhat it is for · Remembers whether you turned advertising and measurement off, so the switch stays where you put itHow long it stays · In this browser until you clear it
A question you typed on HelpWhat it is for · Carries it to the contact form so you don't type it twiceHow long it stays · This tab only, and removed as soon as the form reads it
Sign-in cookies in the appWhat it is for · Keep you signed in and protect your sessionHow long it stays · Until you sign out, or the session expires
The demo's visit cookieWhat it is for · Keeps your demo — what you made and what is left of it — together while you use itHow long it stays · 72 hours, the life of a demo
The advertising pixel's cookiesWhat it is for · Show us which ads bring people to VEXI — only if advertising is onHow long it stays · Set and timed by the advertising platform; removed when you switch advertising off
The booking calendar's cookiesWhat it is for · Run the booking calendar on our Book a call pageHow long it stays · Set by the calendar provider, on that page only

Which ones you can turn off

The first four keep the site and the app working, so they are always on. The advertising pixel is the one you choose: switch it off on Your privacy choices, and it stops loading on this browser straight away and its cookies are removed.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as switching advertising off, and nothing is shared from that browser.

The same switch turns off the product analytics we use to see how people use our website: which pages they open, what they click and how far they scroll. It stores nothing in your browser — no cookie — and keeps what it needs only while the page is open. A Global Privacy Control signal turns it off too.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones the app needs, you won't be able to stay signed in.

Cookies from other companies

Two items on the list come from other companies: the advertising pixel, and the booking calendar on our Book a call page. They set their own cookies under their own policies. Our privacy policy lists what kind of company each is and what it receives.

Changes to this policy

When we add or remove something from this list, we update this page and the date at the top.
